Hi, I'm Rose Tran, and I'm a fashion stylist.The weather in the summer of England can be unpredictable. Therefore, it's hard to have specific guidelines of what to wear. However, layering may serve to be the best way to dress. One thing you should keep in mind is that shorts are probably not the best way to go. Unless you're hiking in rural areas, fashion-conscious people in England frown upon shorts. I've dressed Lydia in a black tube dress. This is easily layered with a sleeveless button-down top like this one from Duo Boutique. Depending on the weather, you can also wear a lightweight wrap like this one. I would stay away from long sleeves and heavy clothing in the summer. This is a great technique to pack a lot of lightweight material, which gives you plenty of options to choose from. For shoes, keep it simple with a pair of flat ankle boots to give your legs some air, and outfit some style. Now, you can give those fashion-conscious people something to look at.
