Hi, I'm Seane Marie, and I'm a fashion stylist. A strapless dress is a great option if you're looking to accentuate your neck and shoulders, getting the right cut and fit is important though to avoid looking baggy or square. One that hits above the knee is flattering on petite women while a longer version works best for nearly all of us and can make you look glamorous and tall. When choosing jewelry, be aware to keep it light and avoid drawing attention away from the dress. Emma is wearing this black polka dot dress by Maggy London. I've paired this dress with a thin black belt to break up the polka dot pattern and flatter the waist. I then added this classic pearl necklace by Liz James. If you have a larger bust, I would suggest a short necklace like this one to bring attention upward to your decollete. As this dress is a loud pattern, wearing too many pieces at once can be distracting. But if you have a simpler dress, try a statement necklace in place of this to punch up your look. Finally, a dressy pair of heels will extend your legs making you look taller and perfectly complimenting your ensemble.
