Hi, I'm Rose Tran, and I'm a fashion stylist. Some people say that your feet determine the wellbeing of your whole body and attitude. Think about it: You're not going to be in the best mood for a party night if your heels cause you pain and suffering. Be wise of the heels that you choose for comfort, especially if you have a long day ahead of you. There are a few tips to go by to make heels more comfortable. First and most importantly, make sure the shoe fits. I cannot stress enough about this issue. Wearing the wrong size shoe uses different muscles of your feet, which only equals more pain and discomfort. Also, choose shoes that allow your feet to breathe. Kathleen is wearing a pair of wedges with cutouts to give her that space for air. Wedges make the biggest difference in the support of your shoe. Not only do they provide more hold, but they are also less prone to getting stuck in cracks and stuff. Ladies, you know exactly what I'm talking about. You can even try wearing a pair of socks for comfort. The thing to keep in mind, though, is that it's crucial that the socks are of thin material. Otherwise, you'll be on the list of fashion no's.
