Hi, I'm Seane Marie, and I'm a fashion stylist. Leather is a fun material to play with in your wardrobe. The sleek finish of the fabric and stark weight make separates made of leather an unexpected choice. But sometimes figuring out how to pair leather pieces with an ensemble can be tough. My advice is to first choose leather pieces in a more prim and polished cut as they'll integrate well into your look. Today Beth is wearing a cool brown leather skirt in an A line shape. The bow detail on front and cute silhouette allow the piece to be slightly feminine despite the more masculine material. I've then tucked in a soft pink T by Twenty to contrast the hard with the soft and slightly dress down the leather. Next, Iayered this cool floral capelet to add some volume and a fun pattern accent. The floral print again softens the look of leather and makes this ensemble a little more feminine. Finally I've added a cool cuff by Kendra Scott with a magenta stone that accents the capelet. Finish this look off with an awesome pair of chunky heels and you've created a feminine look with an unexpected twist.
