Hi, I'm Krysta. I'm a hairstylist in Tampa, Florida, and today I'm going to show you how to wear layered mid length hair. For this, you will need hairspray and a little bit of an oil spray with your Marcel iron. So, let's go ahead and start. The first step that I'm going to do is take my oil spray and I'm going to as you can see, my ends are a little frizzy so I'm going to hold this about a foot away from my hair and just give it a really light misting. This stuff is great. It has sparkles in it. That's why I love it. Just take it and kind of work it through and don't rake it through, that just kind of creates frizz. I'm from the frizz capital in the country, Florida, so we want to try to eliminate as much frizz as possible. So then, once you do that I like for my layered hair, I like to really accent the layers so I like to go through and just curl a few pieces and generally I'll pick up the frizziest pieces to curl, just to kind of give my hair some definition and always the ones around the face. Just because I feel like the hair around the face just needs some extra definition and as you can see the end there, I just want to curl that end. Same thing over here. And the reason I, the reason I kind of like to go with my natural hair is because in Florida we have a lot of humidity and we're always fighting against that humidity. So instead of fighting against it, I embrace it. Put a little bit of hairspray in there and kind of open that curl up once it's cooled off. Alright so that's how I like to wear my medium mid length hair. I hope you can recreate this at home. My number one product for this was my Marcel iron. Have a great day. I'm Krysta.
