Hi, I'm Seane Marie, and I'm a fashion stylist. When going to search for jobs, you want to make sure that you make a good first impression. If you're dropping off your resume, or interacting with potential employers, putting your best foot forward is an absolute must. However, it doesn't always make sense to do so in a suit, especially if your potential employer doesn't have this type of culture. If this is the case, you can still put together a stylish and professional look perfect for your job search. Today, I've put Amber in a pair of sleek black trousers. The perfect fitting trouser is sometimes hard to find, but don't settle for a pair with a bad fit. Make sure your pants fit around your hips or waistline without being too tight and squeezing. But also, a pair that is too large or too long will make you appear sloppy. So, if need be, get your trousers tailored to your body. I then tucked in a simple oxford shirt in a light hue of blue. This piece is great, because it says "professional" without having to be too loud. I've added a brown belt for an understated touch of style, and some simple jewelry. Remember, you don't want anything too loud, as you want to remain looking professional, and not overbearing. I finished Amber's look with a pair of chic pumps that are polished, and classic. Now, you're ready to hit the streets in your job search, and still look great while you're doing so.
