Hi, I'm Erin, and I'm a Fashion Stylist. A halter dress can incredibly sexy and chic if it fits correctly and is comfortable. Our model Remy is wearing a beautiful bold pink halter dress from Macy's. This dress would be perfect for a wedding and evening out or a vacation. The halter dress is sleeveless and ties around your neck. There are different types of halter dresses. Remy is wearing an empire waist halter dress. That means there is a seam or cinching right here under the bust. This is the best style for bottom curvy ladies who want to minimize their lower half. The halter dress also accentuates your upper body. The dramatic neckline along with the bare shoulders, chest and back draws attention up towards your face. I like that this dress is a conservative length. I think that when you're showing this much skin on top, you should keep things covered on the bottom. I paired the dress with a nude pattern leather heel which will really elongates her legs and some gold accessories. With a halter neckline, you really don't need a necklace. Try earrings or bracelets instead. When wearing a halter dress, be careful to choose the right bra. Most strapless bras will do the trick. But if you have a super low cut halter style, you may need to invest in some stick on cups or breast petals. And one last tip, if you are busty, it's probably best to look for halter tops or dresses with wider straps. Generally, the wider the straps, the more coverage and support.
