Hi I'm Rose Tran and I'm a fashion stylist. Corduroys have been around for as long as I can remember. They have a unique texture do to the ribs of heavy fabric. And they allow for warmth and comfort. That being said I wouldn't recommend wearing them in the summer. These days you can find corduroys in any form whether it's a shirt, tie, jacket, or pant. Today I'm going to show you how to wear corduroy pants. I've dressed Lauren in a pair of brown corduroy pants. They give a very masculine vibe do to the heavy fabric and dark color. For a casual outfit you can simply throw on a t-shirt but I chose to dress this up. I dressed Lauren with a lightweight top and added a faux fur vest to keep the ensemble stylish. Corduroys can also make you appear slim if they have vertical cords as opposed to horizontal cords that make you look larger. Dress it up with your favorite pair of boots and you've got yourself a trendy fall outfit.
