Hello, I'm Michelle Monaco, professional makeup artist. Today, I'm going to be showing you how to do colorful lips for fair skin. The tools you'll need are: Lip liner, lipstick, and a little bit of lip gloss. So, let's get started with lip liner. So, for the lip color, what we're going to do is use a lip liner. A lot of people use lipsticks, but what they don't know is, a lip liner does the same effect, but it stays on longer. It gives color, and it stays on longer because it stains more than a lipstick. And, it outlines the lips. So, you have more control with it. So, the next part of the bold lips is a little bit of lip gloss or ChapStick. What this does, since the lip liner is kind of dry, it just makes the lips more moisturized, and it gives a lasting glow. So, just go over the color. I just have a little bit of ChapStick here. You can use lip gloss, or anything. And, as you can feel, your lips just feel better, and then there's a little bit of shine. All the tools you need to complete this look are a lip stain like I used, or a lip gloss will do as well. This is how you apply lip makeup for fair skin. Thanks for watching.
