Hi, my name is Shannon. I'm a makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you some ways to cover up under eye bags with makeup for porcelain skin. The tools we're going to use today to conceal is a concealer palette, setting powder. You also need a primer. The brushes we're going to use are a concealer brush and a powder brush. You also need a highlighting pen. Let's apply our concealer. So, start applying right underneath the eye here getting really close to your lash line and the inside of the eye here in the corner and go over the eyelid as well just to get any discoloration that's on the eyelid, especially if you have porcelain skin there might be a lot of translucency in the skin where you can see a lot of redness or even blue from veins that are coming, showing through the eyes. You can also spot treat at this point. Next, take your highlighting pen and apply it right underneath the eye, make sure you get into the corner. Take the heat of your finger and do the same dabbing motion to allow that heat, again the warmth from your finger to really melt it in, smooth everything out. See how it's brightening up the eye. Make sure you take it right over the eyelid too. Can you see the difference? So, we're just highlighting and bringing it, lightening it up. Again, go right over the eyelid and this is just going to bounce light away from your eye so it's going to be kind of playing a trick on lighting. It's going to reflect the light and brighten up the eyes. So, those are some tips to cover up bags under the eyes for porcelain skin. I hope you find them helpful.
