Hi, I'm Joanna, and I'm a hairstylist. Being in the industry as long as I have, I've seen a lot of damaged hair. And there's one thing that I found that really helps repair, is the hair mask. Whether your hair is chemically damaged, or mechanically damaged. Hair mask is definitely the product that's going to help add that protein and moisture back into your hair. There's a few different ways you can use a hair mask. The first way you can use it, is just by washing your hair, rinsing it. And then, leaving the hair mask on for about two to five minutes in the shower and then, rinsing it out. If your hair's a little more damaged, you can stick it on after your hair's shampooed. And leave it on for about an hour. You can clean, you can do your laundry and then, rinse your hair. And if your hair's really damaged, you can even leave it on overnight. It's not going to damage your hair, your hair's only going to take what it really needs. Adding all that moisture back into your hair. So, nest time you're at the salon, ask your stylist for a take-home hair mask, that you can use between appointments. So, you can maintain the integrity of your hair.
