Hi, I'm Carmen, beauty stylist expert. I'm going to demonstrate how to get smooth sleek hair with a flat iron. For this demonstration, you'll need a flat iron, a clip and a comb for sectioning out your sections and a nourishing protective oil. I'm going to begin by taking a couple pumps of my favorite nourishing oil through my hands and working it through the lengths of my hair. This is going to create the smooth hair. Next, I'm going to section out my hair. I would recommend working neat and you can section out the hair in as many sections as you'd like. Next step will be using your flat iron, and that will create the sleek. I'm going to pull my section of hair. I can feel that nice oil on my hair and it's going to make it just super soft and sleek. Take the flat iron through the lengths of your hair nice and slow and take another section and just work nice and slow through the lengths of your hair. Let the flat iron do the work. You can see how smooth and sleek my hair is getting. So, there you have it.
