Hi, I'm Carmen, beauty stylist. I'm going to teach you how to use a blow dryer today. So, you will need your blow dryer. Most blow dryers come with a nozzle attachment. These help to direct the air in a stronger direction. It's great for straightening and when you really want your hair to smooth down and go in certain directions you'll use your nozzle. Most blow dryers have a cooling button on them. I love using them because cooling the hair helps to seal the cuticle. So, this is off, medium, high. And then you have your cool, warm, and your high. So, this controls the speed of the blow dryer. And this controls the heat of the blow dryer. When you are blow drying your hair you normally want to use it in the highest hot setting. And when you are finished with your sectioning you'll want to cool it to seal the cuticle of the hair to create a frizz free hair. So, I'm going to show you how to use the blow dryer now. You are going to turn it on this highest setting. And you'll see how I cool it at the end before I take my brush off. So, once I turned my blow dryer on on the highest heat I heated my brush up. And once my brush was completely heated I cooled it. I switched it to cold and cold the section completely. And that's what creates the smooth hair. That's how you use your blow dryer at home. Thank you for watching, I'm Carmen.
