I'm Emily Golie, professional hairstylist, here to give you some tips for dry, unhealthy hair. A couple of the things that are most important for dry, unhealthy hair is trying to wash it less often. If you wash your hair every two to three days, versus every single day, you won't have to apply the heat as often, and therefore your hair will become healthier in just that one act alone. Another important thing is doing conditioning treatments as often as you can. Once a week is what I recommend if you get a mask treatment. And also, using a great serum product is also very great. It will help to make your hair appear healthier then it is because it will help to add a lot of shine. With the conditioning treatments, doing them once a week and leaving them on for about 20 minutes in a shower cap will really help to intensify the amount of moisture you will be putting back into your hair. I'm Emily Golie, thanks for watching.
