Hi, I'm Krista, and I'm a beauty stylist in Tampa, Florida. And today, I'm going to show you how to get summer wavy hair. The main products that you want to use for this look are a surf spray, which is essentially like saltwater, hairspray, a curling iron - I typically choose Marcels, and a diffuser. So, let's go ahead and get started. So, first I'm going to go ahead and spray in my saltwater surf spray all through the hair. Really saturate the hair, don't be scared. So, now you're going to use your diffuser, setting it on medium heat. Dry the saltwater in there. Flowy, beautiful hair. So, now I'm going to go through, and I'm going to use my Marcel iron. A little bit of hairspray. And, curling from about two inches down when you start on top. I'm not actually going to curl all of it, because my hair has some nice body. But, if you don't have a natural curl, you'll want to go through and kind of curl it all. And, always kind of count to 10. That ensures that the whole curl is heated through. It doesn't have to be neat, because it's summer wave, and summer, I think of free-flowing, kind of hippie-ess. And, you'll kind of feel, the saltwater will give your hair some texture. So, it'll feel kind of, could feel a little sandpaper-y, the hair cuticle. But, that's good, because that's kind of what you are going for a little. Texture is good. And, that is how you get summer wavy hair. My main tools that I used were a diffuser, and a surf spray, which is, you know, essentially saltwater. I'm Krista. Thank you so much for watching.
