Hi, I'm Daniela Rowson. I'm a hairstylist. I'm going to teach you how to get spiral curls to stay in long hair. The products that we would need are a heat spray and a curling iron. So we are going to start off by spraying the hair and this is a heat memory spray. It has a special starch in it and this actually helps the curls to stay and so it remembers the curl and it makes it so it stays on all day. So you want to just grab a small section of the hair and then with a curling iron, we're actually going to wrap it around to get that spiral curl, otherwise it's going to be more of a ringlet if you clamp the hair. So we're just going to warp it around until you get to the very end and you want to hold it there for a few seconds and then let go and then you have that really nice spiral curl. Then you're just going to do it until you finish curling and depending on which side you do, you want to go back in the hair. So on this side we're wrapping back. I'm just going to wrap it around, be careful not to burn yourself so just use the tips of your finger and then all of a sudden just hold it there and then you're going to let go and there's your spiral curl. Just make sure you take small sections and that will help the curl stay on longer and once you are done you can always mess it up a little bit if you want it to be softer but if you want it to be more defined, you can hairspray and just leave it like this. In order to make your spiral stay on longer, just spray the heat spray and then finish it up with a little hairspray. My name is Daniela Rowson, and thanks for watching.
