Hello, I'm Kristy Charlier, professional esthetician, and today I'm going to talk to you about skin care on the go. If you don't have a lot of time you want to make sure that you have a couple of key products in your skin care regimen. Apart from your cleanser those key products are a SPF, a day night cream and an eye cream for the delicate eye area. When it comes to sunscreen you want to make sure that you are able to reapply this when you're running around errands. Even that small percentage of sun coming through your car window when you're driving on the freeways is going to make an impact on you later in life. After cleansing you want to make sure that you put a little bit of eye cream around the delicate eye area, just you know, along the orbital rim here going into the nose. You don't want to stretch the skin here going this way. Make sure you go along the orbital rim, just follow that bone line around the eye area and then follow this with your day cream which you are going to apply everywhere with the SPF 30, that would be a minimum sunblock that you would use throughout the day and you would apply this to the rest of the area of the face. So today we're going to use on Chelsea, L'Oreal Paris Youth Code Day Lotion 30. This is a great product on the go because it combines a moisturizer with an SPF of 30 which is the minimum requirement in a sunscreen that you should be using every day regardless of your skin color. You want to use about a pea size amount of product that you work into your fingers so that you cover the whole face. So this product comes in a pack for those busy people on the go. Those people that are running from one engagement to the next, boarding a plane for business or pleasure, you've got your sunscreen, your day/night cream and also your eye cream for that delicate eye tissue. Just see how I'm working this around the face. So another benefit of this day cream along with the added SPF is it's infused with antioxidants that are free radical scavengers. They're going to repair the skin and help with collagen synthesis. So using an SPF every day does prevent that photo damage that comes up later in life. So you're never too young to start using an SPF of at least 30 and when you get more into your teens you want to make sure that you are using this every day as part of your skincare routine. As you can see by Chelsea's skin, skin care doesn't need to be complicated. You just need those key products like an eye cream, an SPF and a moisturizer to really look after your skin and prevent photo damage. So that's some tips for a skincare on the go. I'm Kristy Charlier. Thank you for watching.
