Hello, I'm Kristy Charlier, professional esthetician and today I'm going to give you a skin care regimen for how to fight wrinkles. Healthy skin is characterized by a nice smooth complexion, it's radiant and unhealthy skin has got a rough appearance, maybe some lumps and bumps, some open pores, some thicker type skin. All these texture concerns can be treated with the proper skin care regimen. An affective anti-aging regimen includes a gentle cleanser, an antioxidant serum, a nourishing moisturizer, an SPF during the day and an eye cream. So let's talk about a moisturizer. On Eileen I'm going to use L'Oreal Paris Revitalift Clinical Repair 10 Day Treatment. One of the fastest ways to improve skin texture is by using a great moisturizer that will nourish the skin, giving it back that firmness, that hydration. So on damp skin you want to apply about a pea size of moisturizer. This has a great pumping action, just about that much product. I'm going to mix this up into the fingertips, into the palms of the hand, gently patting all areas of the face. This product has a Retinol in it as well so this will be great in normalizing skin function, controlling oil production. It also helps to exfoliate the skin. This will get rid of any dull dehydrated skin that's built up on the surface allowing those healthy skin cells to come to the top of the skin. Retinol is a derivative of Vitamin A and Vitamin A has been proven to thicken up the top layers of the skin. This will allow these wrinkles and fine lines to be puffed out leaving you with more of a dewy hydrated complexion. Another benefit of Retinol is its exfoliation properties. So it will slough off those dead skin cells on the surface leading to a more radiant complexion. This product also contains a UVA/UVB protection of an SPF of 20 so it can be used in the daytime or at night. One final tip would be to use a light enzyme mask on a weekly basis just to get rid of any dead skin build up on the skin. And there you have a skin care regimen to fight wrinkles. I'm Kristy Charlier. Thank you for watching.
