Hi, I'm Kristy Charlier, Professional Esthetician and today, I'm going to talk to you about regimens for dry skin. So, a healthy regimen for dry skin would be a cleanser that is a milk-based cleanser so that it's also a hydrating, but, it, you're, and it's able to clean those clogged pores. Also, an antioxidant serum that's going to prevent against free radical damage underneath a moisturizer, something that's nourishing, soothing and protecting. So, on Elena's skin, you can see that we've already cleansed the skin. It's a little bit dry to the touch, so you want to restore that moisture. So, today, we're going to use L'Oreal Paris Age Perfect Hydra Nutrition Golden Balm for Face, Neck and Chest. So, remember, before dipping your fingers in the jar that you have properly cleansed your fingers or you can use a sterile cotton tip to get the product out of the skin; you don't want to harbor any kind of bacteria in the product. So, just grab about a pea size amount of product, just put that on the back of the hand. You want to mix this up into your fingertips and then press it into your palms of your hand. We're going to apply this to the face, then to the chin, forehead, don't forge around the neck and decollete and also the back of the neck. This product is great because it has glycerin, shea butter that it's very powerful and Vitamins A, E and F, it's a natural skin protector, it's going to hydrate her skin. It's also packed with essential oils such apricot kernel oil and rice bran oil; these are powerful anti-inflammatory products. They're going to sooth and protect the skin; they're powerful humectants. They're going to draw moisture from the outside air so that her skin stays nice and soft and supple. Things to avoid when you have dry skin are harsh detergents, alcohol, exfoliating cleansers, anything that's going to strip your skin and impair that natural barrier. So, after we've applied the moisturizer, an eye cream would be great to protect this delicate eye area and also follow this with ans SPF 30. So, there's a regimen for dry skin; I'm Kristy Charlier, thank you for watching.
