Hi, my name is Devon, and I'm a professional natural hair care specialist. Today, I want to talk to you about using an electric pressing comb on your hair. When using an electric pressing comb you want to remember to use protective styling implements like leave-in conditioners and oils. Also you want to remember to get a temperature regulated electric pressing comb. In order to achieve this look you are going to need your electric pressing comb, and your T-Rex clips. First before you start you'll want to cleanse and detangle your hair. Spray it with the leave-in conditioner to protect from the heat and then use the oils of your choice. Then blow dry your hair to a desired straightness and you are ready to begin pressing your hair. Next you want to section your hair into four workable sections. Two in the front and two in the back. But for demonstration purposes, I'm going to use a small section in the front. Just like that. Next, you are going to take your pressing comb and press your hair out. You are not going to comb it exactly as if you were just combing your hair. With the hot comb you want to be careful not to burn your scalp. And you are going to want to press with the back of the comb. Here I'll show you how. That's it, that's the main step. You want to continue until your entire head looks like this. Also when pressing your hair you want to be careful because your hair will maintain a bit of heat, so don't feel bad if you have to kind of back and away and let it cool down for a second before continuing. These are your bare hands. Be careful. Finally, once you've completed your entire head style as you wish. Remember it all depends on how straight you want it. Have fun and thanks for watching.
