Hi, my name is Yara, your beauty expert. I'm going to give you some neon color makeup tips for fair skin. The tools that you'll need are, a blue neon, green neon, a big flat brush, a small flat brush, a fluffy brush. Let's get started. The first thing you'll want to do, is take that big flat brush and dip it into the green. There's different colors of neon, so just pick the one that you like the best, I want to do green and blue. You want to tap the extra color off, and we're applying this on the inner lid. You want to just apply in a dabbing motion. Now remember, by this time, I have my primer and I am ready to go. Once you've done that, you want to go ahead and move to the other eye. You want to make sure you bring it to the crease. And we're actually bringing it up the middle of the lid and crease. Up to the middle, because we're then going to grab the other color and combine them. We're going to grab that blue color, grabbing the other side of that flat brush. Dip it into the blue, tap and apply on the outer lid and crease. We're applying it in a dabbing motion, as well. So, basically you're putting it wherever you did not place the green, you're putting the blue. And we're grabbing the flat brush, applying some of that blue on the small flat brush. Tap and we're applying on the lid. This is to make sure the color is very intense on the lid. It's o.k. if it's not as intense on your crease. Same brush, we're going to grab the other side of that brush, dip it onto the green. And we're going to apply it on the lid. This is to make sure that the color is nice and intense on the lid area. Once you've done that, we're going to take the fluffy brush, without any color on it. And we're just really going to kind of, just blend it a little, I'm going to blend it a little. And if it has a littler bit of color on the brush, it's o.k. there'll be. And there you have it, that is how you do neon colors on fair skin.
