Hi, I'm Stewart. I'm a makeup artist, and I'm going to show you how to apply prom makeup for blue eyes. The tools that you're going to need is eye shadow, a flat eye shadow brush and a contour eye shadow brush, optional item is glitter eye shadow. Let's get started. The first step is to choose a color that complements your dress. In this case we're going to use an eggplant. You're also going to want to choose a neutral color to go into the crease, either a bronze or a silver color to offset the bright color. Your going to take your flat brush and dip it into the brighter color, in this, in this case our eggplant color. Tap off the excess and apply it to the lid. Repeat on the left eye, tap off the excess and apply it to the lid. The next step is to take your neutral eye shadow for the crease, in this case we've picked a bronze gold to offset the purple. Sweep the contour brush into the eye shadow and tap off the excess and apply it to the crease. Repeat on the left eye, sweep into the gold eye shadow, tap off the excess and apply it to the crease. Finally, you can take your optional item which is the glitter eye shadow if you want to add a little sparkle to the look. In this case, you would tap a little bit of the glitter eye shadow onto your hand, take your flat eye shadow brush, tap it into the glitter and tap off the excess and then apply it to the lid. Repeat on the left side, tap off the glitter and apply it to the lid. This is how to apply prom makeup for blue eyes. The most important item here is the eye shadow. I'm Stewart, thanks for watching.
