Hi, I'm Krista, and I'm a beauty stylist in Tampa, Florida. And today, I'm going to show you how to get wavy hair to stay curled. So, the tools that we're going to use today are your Marcel curling iron, and hairspray. So, first I'm going to pin up the hair, taking out my horseshoe section. And, I'm going to spray the entire section of hair, put my Marcel curling iron about an inch down from the base, and curl it up. And, I count to 10, and I let it go. Always spray that hair with hairspray. And, I definitely like to use a thermal protector. I usually put that in if I'm letting my hair air dry. And then, I go back and curl it; I'll put it in when it's wet. And then, you can get sprays or creams, whatever you prefer. But, you always want to make sure that that hair is protected, otherwise the iron's going to damage it. Alright, so, when you're done, you're going to want to take your hairspray, and just give yourself a nice misting all over. And, that's how I get my wavy hair to stay curled. My main tool in this hairdo was my Marcel iron. This little thing does a lot of work. I hope you enjoyed. My name's Krista.
