Hi, I'm Daniela Rowson. I'm a hairstylist. I'm going to show you a great way to do your hair for going out with long hair. The products that we will need are: a comb, some bobby pins, and a hair tie. So, depending on where you're going out, you want to make sure that you know how to do your hair. So if you're going out on a date, you might want to keep the hair long and down, flowy, but if you're going to go out with your girlfriends and you're going to go clubbing or something like that, you want to make sure that your hair is up and out of the way - that way it's not hot and sweaty. So we're just going to start with putting the hair up for this look. So I'm going to do a kind of a funky way of doing the hair up so it's out of your face, and we're actually going to start at the very top and we are going to braid it back into a very small French braid. So you want to just grab the very front section of your hair that you want braided and then you want to grab it in the three sections, and then we're just going to start braiding it into a French braid. So we're just going to start adding hair. And you can make it loose or tight if you want. I'm just going to add more hair. And if you want it to be tighter, it probably helps if you put some product in there - something like a gel or wax. This will give your hair a nice texture and a little detail, too, so it's nice and fun. We're going to do a few more strands and then we're going to secure it with a bobby pin. So now we're just going to secure it with a bobby pin, and then we are going to tease the rest of the hair just a tiny bit to give it more volume, so it's nice and messy and not too tight. It's probably going to become loose once you're out anyway. And then we're just going to put it in a higher ponytail, because you want it to be out of your neck area. So now that we have it a higher ponytail - you can make it into a messy bun if you want - but we're just going to do a messy ponytail. We're going to secure it, and now we're going to loosen the hair up here so we have all that volume. So this is a very simple hairstyle to do just so that you can get your hair out of the way if you're going out for a fun night. My name is Daniela Rowson, thanks for watching.
