Hi, I'm Erin, and I'm a fashion stylist. Camouflaging a little tummy is something I know a thing or two about. After having my son, Gage, I definitely had a spare tire going on around the midsection. But, the good news is you can hide it. Our model, Heather, is wearing the first and best option for tummy control, Spanx. I honestly don't know how we ladies every survived without them. Sure, there have always been girdles, but none as smooth and slimming as Spanx. Admittedly, these aren't always the most comfortable option. Another way to tone down the pooch? A tummy control tank top. A company called Yummie Tummie makes tank tops in all colors, just like this one that Heather is wearing. The tank has a built in control panel. Genius. There are even skirts out there with built in stomach control, like this one from Newport News by ShapeFX. If you are really opposed to undergarments, you can always wear a loose fitting top, like a tunic, or an oversize sweater. And, you can opt for a top that cinches just below your bust, and then flows over your midsection, so no one would ever know you just finished an all-you-can-eat pasta dinner. Let's face it, sucking it in is exhausting, and not practical. With a little pre-planning, you can go from flabby to fab.
