Hi, my name is Ana, and I'm a makeup artist. Today, I'm going to show you how to draw perfect eyebrows. Enhancing the color and shape of your eyebrows can really change your look. It's a simple and easy way to define your eye shape. Let's get started. There are two tools that we'll use to complete this look. Our first tool is a brow pencil. I'll use the comb side to groom my hairs, and then I'll use the pencil side to fill in my eyebrows. Our second tool is an eyeliner brush. This is going to be used to blend out the brow pencil markings. The first step in drawing perfect eyebrows is to check for brow symmetry. A good place for your eyebrows to start is to run them parallel to the inner lash. So, they would begin right here, and a good place for your brow to arch is above your iris running diagonally. A good place for your eyebrows to stop is at the end of your eyelashes. So, you have beginning, middle and end. The first step is to groom your hairs in an upward motion. This way you can find any kind of spaces or gaps that are going to need to be filled in. I can see that I have spaces right in here and right in this area here. So, that's where I'm going to use the brow pencil. I'm going to use small strokes and create hair-like lines and just blend into the natural hair line. Just do small little strokes. Don't obsess over making your eyebrows identical. They're designed to be sisters, not twins. When you get to the arch, try to place color at the very top. This really gives a nice definition to the brows. And then as you get towards the end of your eyebrow you want to go a little bit softer, a little bit lighter in color. That way it looks more natural. It doesn't look harsh and overdrawn, small upward strokes. You want to create little tiny hairs. Next, I want to make sure that it's well-blended. So, I'm going to take an eyeliner brush, and I'm just going to run it through my brows to make sure it looks soft and blended. This way it looks more realistic. And finally, you want to do one last comb. Sometimes, hairs can be unruly, and the comb really just helps to make them stay put. Applying perfect brow makeup will take about three to five minutes to complete. The most important thing to remember when doing this look is to fill in any small spaces or gaps you have in the natural hair line of your eyebrows. That's why our essential item is the brow pencil. Together, all of the items that I used today range anywhere from $20 to $75. So, find what's right for you. And thanks for watching.
