Hi, I'm Jeremy Clark, Professional Hairstylist and Salon Owner, and I'm going to give you some tips on how to deep condition your hair. So, if you're the kind of person that is conditioning your hair a lot, it's important to use a conditioner that's not going to weigh your hair down and for that, I love to use a product like the Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Fortifying Conditioner. The reason I love this product is because it's actually very light; you can use it everyday, you can use it after you shampoo, it's not going to weigh your hair down. I personally really like it too because it's a biodegradable formula so it's not going to harm the environment. When conditioning the hair, especially if you're doing it daily, you don't want a heavy conditioner that's going to wear your hair down. The thing that's nice about this product is it doesn't have any of the parabens, it doesn't have any of the silicone, but it also has apricot kernel oil which is great for nourishing the hair and keeping it moisturized. In addition to using this conditioner on a daily basis, it's also good to look into getting a deep conditioning treatment at your salon or from your professional hairstylist. In the salon, I'm oftentimes working with clients who have color treated hair or hair that's been damaged possibly by the environment or from their daily thermal styling. One of the things that I recommend is a deep conditioning treatment. What I like to do is I like to do a keratin treatment, it's called a deep penetrating keratin protein. In addition to that, you also need to use a deep moisturizing conditioner. So, I sort of use a double up system where I go in with the protein, let that sit on the hair for about fifteen minutes, take it off, then go back in with the moisturizing conditioner to put the moisture back in. And, that leaves the hair really soft and silky and shiny. There you go, there's some tips you can use for deep conditioning your hair. I'm Jeremy Clark, thanks for watching.
