Hi, my name is Madelon, and I'm a hairstylist. Today, I'm going to be showing you how to do a bouffant on medium-length hair. First thing you're going to need is a teasing comb. Second thing you're going to need are bobby pins that match the color of your hair. Last, but not least, your favorite firm hold hairspray. The first step for the bouffant, you're going to take your teasing comb and make your section of where you want your bouffant to be. Take your first section of your bouffant and back comb it. Then take your second section, back comb it, third section. Second step, you're going to comb your tease back to get the shape you'd like. Then you're going to bring it back like so so you have the shape and where you're going to pin it down. Then I like to slightly twist it and push it forward. You can push it forward for more volume, bring it back for less volume. Then take your bobby pins and pin it in, one on one side and another in the other side and make an X with your bobby pins. Then with that remaining piece in the back, comb down so you can blend it in. You can overlap pieces of hair with it so it blends in and you can't see it. Then take your firm hold hairspray and there you are, you have a bouffant for medium-length hair.
