Hi, my name is Shannon. I'm a makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you how to choose the best makeup colors for your skin tone, porcelain skin. Okay, so here's a really cool palette that I found for porcelain skin. Believe it or not when you have porcelain fair skin you can wear any color. It can be vibrant. It can be warm. It can be soft pastel. This palette really has an array of everything. The nice vibrant colors here are really going to pop on fair skin. So you've got your greens, your blues, a lot of the purples and yellows and oranges. Those are really going to be like a flashy pop of color that's going to look beautiful on a fair skin tone. It just depends on the occasion really. If it's Summertime, whatever even it may be, a party, but you can wear those colors and get a really nice flash of color. If you want something a little bit softer, maybe you're not so comfortable with going with those bolder tones there's some really nice warm tones. The warm tone browns like yellow based browns and the gold tones here are really nice and neutral, very soft. You can also wear more of like a softer pink or purple color if you feel a little bit more inclined to do that as well. Also with a fair skin, you can do a smoky eye, any skin tone can actually do a smoky eye. So that's good to have that in there as well. For the lips it's really great to have a lot of flashy colors in here as well. There's some neutrals as well so you don't have to just always wear something bright but this is really good. I think pinks look really really nice on porcelain skin to be honest. Like this blush as well and peaches, peach tones are going to be really pretty. Another neutral palette that I found is this one here, really really great for porcelain skin tones, the purples and the pinks, very very soft. The pastel colors on porcelain skin tone are going to look really soft and natural. It also too depends on your eye color so you want to think about, you know, what color eye color do you have, what's your hair color and match your colors according to that as well. Say for instance you have a blue or gray eye, really I would suggest colors such as these greens, these turquoise even smoky grays are really pretty. People always say can you wear blue with blue eyes. I definitely think so. I think it just really pops the color in your eye, don't be afraid to use it. It's actually a lot of fun to give that little accent color to your eye. Also purples would be really pretty for blue and gray eyes. If you have green eyes, go ahead and use green as well. Green on the eye is going to be really pretty. It's going to accentuate the green in your natural eye. Also some browns especially if they have a yellow undertone is really going to pop your color in your eye. If you have fair skin and brown eyes you really want to go for like pinks and purples are going to be really pretty, also browns, bronze and yellow tones are going to be really nice as well and even greens. These are really great. Again we have like some corals, some pinks and yellows really bright colors to play up the colors around the face. It just, again it really pops on fair skin and I think it looks gorgeous. You can also match it with some really fun pinks. Again I think pinks on porcelain skin is just the best way to go all around, no matter what eye color, no matter what hair color you have, pinks is the way to go for sure. Even a nude color you can do and don't forget especially for night time or those fun evenings out in the Summer, hot orange and red colors are going to be great, are going to be beautiful and actually even like a hot pink and these are really trendy right now for the Summer and Spring. So those are some tips on how to choose the best colors for your skin tone, porcelain skin.
