Hi, my name is Yessica Andrea, and I'm a professional makeup artist, and today I'm going to show you how to choose the right colors for your caramel skin tone. The first thing you want to do is you want to get your nice color palette out, different foundations that you have and if you don't know which foundation, this is definitely the pointer and tricks that you're going to need. I like to get some of these nice little Q-tips and the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to select my first color and I'm going to put this on the side of my face. That's my first color. I'm going to go into my second color and I'm going to repeat this process over and over again. That's my second color. This would be my third color and what I'm doing is I'm testing out these different foundations to see which one matches my skin the closest. So this is a great way to discover what color you're going to use. It's better to use it in order, start from the lighter colors to the dark ones and as you can tell I started with a very very light white and it keeps getting darker and darker, to my last shade. And now you're going to look closely into the mirror and you're going to determine which color is best for you. I think to me that the one that looks the closest would be this one because once I do this it kind of disappears and that's what you want, you want a perfect match. What you're looking for also is for the color to kind of disappear into your skin. That's how you know if that's a really good match and a good blend for your skin tone. So, like I said this was, seems to be the one that's closest to my skin. All I had to do is one little blush off right quick and as you can see it kind of disappears into my skin tone so that I know right then and there, that is the perfect match for my skin. So those are some tips on how to choose the right foundation for your caramel skin. My name is Yessica Andrea, and thank you for watching.
