Hi, I'm Simone. I'm a makeup artist, and today we're going to talk about how to choose mascara for different kinds of lashes. So, there are three elements to mascara. You can either get a mascara that volumizes, lengthens or defines. So, if you have thinner eyelashes like me, you're going to want to pick a mascara that helps define each lash because if you have thin eyelashes when you apply mascara it's going to clump the lashes together and then you're going to get those clumps, little groups of eyelashes and no one likes that. So, when you're picking a mascara, you're going to want to pick a mascara that has a brush that has really hard bristles. Just really hard, separate bristles. You don't want to choose a really big fat brush, just one that has really hard plasticy bristles that will help separate each and every lash and define them as you pull the brush through the lashes. If you're interested in volumizing those lashes, then you want to choose a mascara brush that has a thick fat brush on the end, so it will really just help pump those lashes up. You're actually going to want to choose the same kind of brush if you want to lengthen your lashes as well. You're going to want to pick a brush that has, that's a really thick head, and also maybe a brush that has a thick head on one side, and then the defining hard bristles on the other side. So, those two will work together to create longer lashes for you. So, there you have it. Those are the tips you'll need to pick the perfect mascara for your lashes. Thanks.
