Hi, I'm Carmen, beauty stylist expert. I'm going to demonstrate for you how to get beach waves in your hair. Must-have items for this look will be your curling iron, and a brush and a clip. First up is section out your hair. You will be leaving your ends out for this look and only curling the mid-shaft. Take the curling iron and spiral hair around, leaving about an inch and a half to two inches of hair out and then pulling on the curl. Throughout the whole head, you'll be leaving about an inch to two inches of the ends out. We're working in unorganized manor because you want it to look like you've just come home from the beach, so no need to be perfect with this. You want it to kind of look unruly and messy. Finally, you'll want to take your fingers and run 'em through the waves that you've created with your curling iron. You can even take the palms of your hands and give it a little bit of a messy look, just creating those fun beach curls and there you have it. That's how you do beach waves.
