Hi everybody, I'm Erin and I'm a fashion stylist. OK. So you're super psyched to go see your Broadway show in the big apple. But you're not exactly sure what to wear. You will no doubt see people wearing anything from jeans to cocktail dresses. And you can pretty much get away with anything. But my advice, step it up for the show. Our model Brittany, is wearing the perfect theater look, the black pant suit. What's great about this outfit is that it works for pretty much any season. It's classic, so it never goes out of style, you can wear it from work to the theater, and it's grown up. It's not some cutesy cocktail dress, it's sophisticated and chic. To give her some glamor and femininity, I added sparkle. Under Brittany's black blazer she's wearing a sequin shell. This draws attention to her face and is appropriate and fun for evening. If you get hot and you don't mind baring arms, you can always ditch your jacket and just sport the shell. I up the glamor even more by pairing this suit with a pair of black paten pumps. This is a super comfortable pair by Kohl Han. Now remember, when picking out your heels, to find a pair that you can really walk in. This is very important so let me say this again. In New York, you never know when you have to walk many, many, many blocks. So be prepared by buying heels you are secure in. You cannot take off your shows and walk around in Manhattan. To finish off the look, I added some glittery, long earrings. A Broadway show is an exciting visual spectacle. This is your chance to not only have a great time, but also take center stage on the fashion front.
