Hi, my name is Tricia Mann, and I'm a Beauty Expert. Today, we're going to talk about how to do under brow makeup. There are three tools that you're going to need. First, an eyebrow pencil; second, a light shimmery eye shadow; third, an eyeshadow brush. The key to a perfectly define under brow makeup is starting by defining the brow area. This is going to really make your brow bone really stand out. First, start on the inner corner of the eye and pencil in your brows using light feathery strokes. Using your eye shadow brush and your light shimmery eye shadow, apply a small amount of your eye shadow to your brush, tapping off any excess. Apply right underneath your eye brow directly on your eye bone. Using a patting motion will actually allow for more pigment to deposit onto the skin, giving you a more dramatic look.
