Hi, I'm Daniela Rowson. I'm a makeup artist, and I'm going to show you how to apply pretty makeup. The products that we will need are: this purply eye shadow, this lighter, smoky color, and this light color for the highlight. And then the brushes that we will need are: a placement brush, a crease brush, and a blending brush. Our first step will be putting on the crease color. So we're just going to dab it a tiny bit and get on the crease. I've already applied a base for my eye shadow so that the color pops more. So we're going to get right on the crease and start blending. The key to doing really pretty makeup is how well you blend and where you apply the color. So color placement is very important. So we're just going to start blending. Going back and forth, kind of like a windshield wiper motion. And then doing little circles to blend the color out. And when you feel like you have the right blend, then we'll go on to the next color. So our next step will be applying the lid color. With the placement brush, we're just going to start patting it right on the lid and this has a very soft, shimmery toby color that goes really pretty with that purple. And then you want to go back with that same blending brush ans blend the colors together. And our next and last step will be adding on the highlighting color. And you want to apply it right below the brow. You don't want to take it all the way across. You want it to just highlight right in this arch below the brow. And then with that blending brush again, go back and blend those two colors together. So the key to doing very pretty makeup is that you pick the right colors for your skin tone and that you have really good tools like a really good crease brush. My name is Daniela Rowson, and thanks for watching.
