Hi, I'm Tracois Edwards of Tracois Edward's Beauty and Lifestyle and today I'm going to show you how to apply party makeup for dark skin. So, tools that you'll need, your eye shadow brush, your highlighter brush, your eyelining brush, your cheek color brush, your powder brush, your lip brush and then you'll also need, you'll need your makeup, got to have your makeup. So we're going to use our eye shadows and also our lip gloss, a little razzle dazzle, our powder, our cheek color which is here and then we want to finish everything off, the lip color, mascara, and your lip pencil. The first tool that you'll need, your eye shadow brush. Okay so you want to take your powder brush, I've taken some powder and I'm going to just dab it underneath my eye. Don't blend it in, just allow it to set. This way since you're doing party makeup, you want to have powder underneath. This is what's going to help catch the excess that falls on your face so you can just dust it away. Just let it set. I know it looks a little strange but it's okay, just let it set. Now, because I am using a little darker powder, I'm then going to go into my shadow and I'm going to apply it on the lid. Let's do the other side. First we're going to use our powder brush. Okay so before we get started let's just take a little powder and just dab underneath the eye because this is going to catch since we're using a deeper shadow, I just want to catch any shadow that may fall. So this way if you have anything that falls on your face, you won't have to strip your makeup and do it all over again. You can just dust it away if anything falls, then you still have your highlight. Then we're going to use the eye shadow brush. So I'm going to go into my deeper powder, my charcoal gray, and apply that to my lid. Now we want symmetry so let's go to the opposite eye and dabbing it on also will minimize the shadow dripping onto your cheek. I think we need a little bit more over here. I want it to be pretty opaque. So we've got that part done. And then we're going to use our eyelining brush. So the eyelining brush is going to allow us to create a nice line just at the top and winged out. I'm not going to put anything at the bottom right now, just the top only. And yes you can use a pencil but I like using shadow. So that way you won't have anything running all over your face underneath your eye, just wing it out, nice. Now we'll take our highlighter brush. So now I'm going to go into my soft pink with my highlighter brush and just dab right in the brow bone area and then you can smooth it out, go back in. It's perfectly fine if you have to go back in, it's better and it's easier to build rather than putting on way too much and it's kind of hard to take away. So let's build it, it's totally fine. So we've got our, got our shadow on. So that's done. Now it's time for mascara, get the outer corners and really apply the mascara and just play with your lashes, just fan them out. We're only doing the top, we're not going to do the bottom, just the top. See the difference? It's starting to open up a little bit. Yea, fan them out like they're saying hi to you, hello darling. Let's add a little more. I love mascara. I just love what it does to the eye. So that's it for that. Now it's time to apply our cheek color. Okay now it's time to apply our cheek color but before doing this though, just, you can go ahead and dust off the excess powder now because we're all finished with it. And now we can take our cheek color brush, dip into our cheek color and apply our lovely cheek color. So now we have that part completed. Now it's time to apply our lip color. So I'm going to do like a nice nude and you just have to careful on darker skins. Make sure that you kind of balance it a little bit. You can take a nice warm brown liner and just work it in and we want some razzle dazzle so there's going to be some gloss. So this way, just like I said work your pencil in like so. You can take your finger, it's totally fine and blend, blend, blend. Now take your lip brush with your amazing gloss and dab it on, the outer corners in. It always works really nicely. There's your look. So this is how to apply party makeup for dark skin. Tools that you'll need, your powder brush, your cheek brush, your eye shadow brush, your highlighting brush, your eyelining brush, your cheek color, your lip pencil, lipstick and lip gloss and a whole lot of fun. Thanks so much for watching.
