Hi, I'm Ashley, and I'm a makeup artist. And today, I'm going to show you how to apply party eye makeup for fair skin. This is perfect if you have somewhere to go at night or if you want to glam up your makeup before a big date, even for new year's. First, you'll need a light shadow, a high shine shadow in silver, a gray shadow, black eyeliner, and black mascara, and a double ended shadow brush. First step is to apply your light shadow all over the lid. This will add a base color and also brighten your eyes. You can even apply a little in the corner and around the tear duct. And also use your finger to blend. Next step is your high shine shadow. You will apply this shadow just up to your crease. And this is a high shine so it will shimmer a little bit more then the others. Next step is your dark shadow and we are going to apply that just along the crease and around the lash line. And we'll start on the outside and apply just along the crease and a little above. You can go back with your lighter shadow to blend that line. This will give you a nice smoky eye which is great for night time. Next you'll need your black eyeliner and we are going to line your eyes. Start on the outside and taper your way towards the middle. The closer in you apply your liner the narrower your eyes are going to look. Now you can take the smudgy on the opposite end of your eyeliner and smudge that line and that will soften it. And now you'll need your black mascara. And I'm using a volumizing black mascara. It will actually make your lashed look a lot thicker. And of course applying more of the liner on the top thickens your lashes as well. And there you go, that's how you apply party eye makeup for fair skin. If you are ready to have a night out on the town, this is the look for you. Thanks for watching.
