Hi, my name is Teresa and I'm a makeup artist. Today, I'm going to show you how to apply mineral makeup to cover acne. The tools that you're going to need for this look is a big powder brush, a concealer brush, primer, mineral powder and mineral concealer. Mineral makeup is great for acne because it was designed not to aggravate the skin and it was also designed for sensitive skin types. So, to achieve this look, you're first going to primer your face. You can do it with your fingers, you can take a sponge or a brush. I'm just going to take my fingers and apply it. Alright, once you have your primer on, you're going to apply your concealer. So for red marks such as acne, we're going to take a green based concealer and we're going to apply it. So just cover up any areas that you don't want to be seen with your mineral concealer and after that you're going to apply your mineral powder. Now we're using a powder because we don't want this to clog up our pores and we want it to just remain light and airy on your face. Then you're going to apply your powder to give a nice finished matte look. And that is how you cover up acne using mineral makeup. And the tools used to achieve this look was a powder brush, mineral powder, mineral concealer and primer. Thanks for watching.
