Hi, I'm Simone. I'm a makeup artist, and today I'm going to teach you how to apply loose eye shadow. The tools you'll need will be an eye shadow brush and your loose eye shadow. So, you're going to take your loose eye shadow, and you're just going to tap a little bit into your eye shadow lid. That's because loose eye shadow is kind of hard to work with, and you want to minimize the amount that you're working with so you have more control. Then, you're going to dip your eye shadow brush into the eye shadow and you're going to tap it off. You can see a little cloud going into the air, but better having it going into the air than on your clothes. You're going to take the brush and just sweep it simply all over the lid. Depending on the color, I chose a really nice, light, shimmery kind of pinkish color, so I'm just going to put it all over the lid. So really the trick with applying loose eye shadow powder is in the prep. You just want to make sure that you dump just a little bit out into the lid so you don't get too much on your brush and then you want to tap your brush off before you apply it to your eye. So, those are some simple tips to helping you apply loose eye shadow effortlessly and cleanly. The tools we used were an eye shadow brush and your loose eye shadow. Thanks for watching.
