Hi, my name is Marisela Porras, and I'm a Makeup Artist. And today, I'm going to teach you how to apply makeup for fuller lips. To give the illusion for fuller lips, you will need the following tools. You'll need a lip brush. You will need a lip liner. You will need lip gloss. And you will need a very, very light shade concealer. We're going to start with the lip liner. We're going to outline our lips; we're going to outline our lips and for that fuller effect, we want to go a little bit over our natural line. And we're going to repeat that motion right underneath your bottom lip, a little bit lower. As you can see now you only have lip liner; go a little bit higher. Okay. Step two, you want to take your brush; you're going to dab it onto the very very light concealer, preferably a shimmer concealer if you can find one and you want to go with the, the lightest with your brush right in the center. Fill it in. You don't want to go up too high, touching the lip liner. You don't want it to blend in. Remember the illusion is to give yourself a nice plump lip. You want to go light on the inside and light on the inside and as soon as you get it as light as maybe two shades lighter than your lip liner. Smudge. You want to continue to smudge, dab a little bit. And your next step is your gloss or your lipstick, either or, you, whatever is your choice. And for me, today, is gloss. And apply inside the liner; inside the lip, I'm sorry; inside the lip. It'll gradually blend with the liner and smudge again. Okay. And this is how you get the illusion for fuller lip.
