Hi, my name is Kelly Campbell. I am a professional makeup artist, and I'm here to show you how to apply your eyeliner so that it doesn't smudge. You're going to need your regular eye pencil - preferably waterproof, and a liquid eyeliner. First step is to apply your waterproof eyeliner pencil. Waterproof eyeliner actually helps a lot with the long wear. Just make sure that you have a really good waterproof eye makeup remover for later. Okay, so, what I'm doing is, I'm just filling in all around the eyes with my regular pencil, and then I'm going to go back and set that line with my waterproof liquid. Next, you will apply your waterproof liquid eyeliner. A lot of people are intimidated by the liquid eyeliner, because it can be a little bit hard to apply. You have to have a very steady hand. But, if you have your regular eyeliner on first, like I've done, it gives you something to trace right over, so you don't have to worry about making mistakes. If this eyeliner's a little bit messy, that's okay. Then, you just go right over on top of it, and take little tiny strokes like this, and connect together. Okay, now you can also go back on the bottom line, and set that line with your liquid also. If you think it's a little bit harsh, you can go back and blend with a cotton swab or your fingertip. And, once this dries, it is not going anywhere. The must-have item for this look is your liquid eyeliner. It is essential to setting the line, and making sure that your eyeliner will not go anywhere. Thank you so much for watching.
