38 and Feelin' Great!

Another year's passed and I'll be the first to say that I turned 38 this week! Yup, that's right, 3-8. I get it, some women wanna fudge their age – do what's best for you – but I embrace my age. I never give someone the side-eye if they ask how old I am—I’m all about celebratin' and lovin' all that I've accomplished for YOU! I've changed so much over the years from starting Top Model to launching my first novel, Modelland, and bringin’ that fierce experience to you! A new year just means more fun and more tips and tricks I can't wait to share with you.

What I love about my birthday is that it's smack dab between Turkey Day and New Year's, and y'all know what that means – I never feel guilty missing the gym and eating my birthday cake instead ;)

I may be keeping it low key this year, but that doesn't mean I always do! My fave b-day memory is my 30th bash – a total girl's night out with massages and henna tattoos. Nothing like a bit of shakin' your booty on the dance floor, a lot of gabbin' with the girls and tons of laughin' to celebrate a birthday…am I right?! Well, that and eating some cuh-razy delicious BBQ. But the best part of my birthday, ever? The fact that I'm lucky to share it with you.
