Tone-on-Tone Blond

Actress Reese Witherspoon's tone-on-tone blond is one hot shade to sport during the cool fall season. To get this look, color your hair a dark blond (unless that's your natural color already) and then add depth by applying highlights two or three levels lighter on top.
