Hi I'm stylist and typeF expert, Lilliana Vazquez. Thinking of the top down, wind in your hair and exploration in front of you makes anyone excited so don't ruin the good vibes by worrying about makeup. Make sure to pack the essentials but also bring multitasking products that don't take up too much room. Here's what you'll need for your trip, mineral makeup, concealer, waterproof mascara, an eyelash curler cream blush and petroleum jelly. Keep your makeup simple, natural and easy to maintain. Start with a mineral foundation. Apply to your whole face. It will also help to protect your face from the stress, dirt and sweat of the open road and at night a touch of mineral makeup to the face will create a natural sexy nighttime look in seconds and because nothing ruins a fun time like a blemish bring a small concealer stick to hide unwanted blemishes but make sure it matches your skin tone. An eyelash curler is a woman's best friend. You should never leave home without it because it instantly opens up your eyes. Of course, you can't forget a tube of waterproof mascara either. Why? Because you never know where a road trip will take you whether it's tears of joy, sweat, rain or the occasional frolic on the beach at dawn after dancing all night long, you want to be prepared. Traveling means packing light and trying to bring items that can do double duty. You can use a stain or a cream blush on both the cheeks and lips. Dab a little on the apple of your cheeks and blend out and just swipe a little across your lips and voila, you have an easy and effortless look. Petroleum jelly is also a great little secret weapon. You can use it on chapped lips or as natural lip gloss. You can also dab a little on your eyes for a gorgeous wet look and you can put it on your cheekbones after applying blush to make them glow. It also helps magically combat any dry skin problems you may have while on the road. When packing for a trip, many women know exactly what they want to bring along but for the rest of you the question then becomes what else. Remember to bring a light spray sunscreen to reapply throughout the day to protect your skin from the outdoor elements. Make sure to bring a good makeup remover or cleansing wipes. They always come in handy to feel instantly refreshed by clearing up dirt and makeup. There you have it, some easy ideas for looking great on the go. Just remember, packing smart means packing light and keeping your look natural. Thanks for joining us and I'll see you on another episode of typeF Survival Guide.
