Hi I'm fashion stylist and typeF expert Lilliana Vazquez. It may have been a long time since your last date. Or maybe you have two dates this week. But you've got a first date and you want to create your best hair possible. To create impact you want to look sexy but not like you are trying to hard. So in this episode we're going to show you an effortless updo for long hair and a luxurious wavy look for medium length hair. Here's what you are going to need. Volume enhancing shampoo and conditioner, hot rollers, hairspray, bobby pins, and a good brush. You want to make sure to style your hair to complement your face shape and your hair type. If you are unsure of your face shape go to typeF.com and click on the just for you module to discover your shape. Now lets look at a simple style that will make you completely unforgettable. For a gorgeous style you need to wash your hair with a volume enhancing shampoo and conditioner. Then blow dry hair, flip over to give lift to the roots and set in hot rollers to give a bouncy curl to your hair. Shake the hair out and back comb at the roots. Then grabbing a random section of hair pull the hair up to the crown and pin in place. Follow the same process around your entire head. Finish it by pulling hair free to hang down and shape your face. You've an effortless style that looks glamorous and simple. Also consider what type of hair you have as well. If you have thick hair you want to wear your hair down and use products to help minimize frizz. If you have thinner locks you want to think about creating a style with more volume that gives the illusion of fuller hair. For medium length hair a wavy hairstyle that looks sexy and has volume is a good way to go. First wash with a gloss enhancing shampoo and conditioner. Then wrap sections of hair into hot rollers and mist each section with hairspray before rolling and then spraying with a final mist to set. The end result should be natural looking curls that has bounce and are polished. The key to these styles is to find one that works for your face shape. Your goal is to make an impactful first impression without sacrificing your personal style. Thanks for joining us and I'll see you on another episode of typeF Survival Guide. Show More Show Less
