Hi everyone, it's Jennifer Chan for Typef.com, and I'm your girl on the street. Today, we're on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in Venice, California where plenty of cool girls are shopping for Summer styles. We couldn't miss this girl's patchwork pants. We had to know where she got them from. What's your name? My name is Rachel. And where are you from? I'm from Texas. Alright, and describe your personal style. My personal style is eclectic, crazy, funky, don't think too much about it, just kind of throw on whatever you like and mix and match, don't match, whatever you want to do. I love your attitude. Tell us where you got your whole outfit from. So, these pants are actually from Germany, from Bonn, Germany. They were 10 euros, and then this top is from American Apparel and then a Cuba bag and these are from a vintage store in Whittier, California and the shoes are Tory Burch. Very nice. Okay do you have any style icons that you are inspired from? I mean, I love just flipping through catalogs or magazines. Katy Perry is really cool. Ann Hathaway, honestly, I look at every style, and then I just mix them all together and go crazy. That's great. What's your favorite trick for flattering your figure? Well I'm short waisted so if I can I usually wear things as high as I can or low on my hips. You can show off a figure like these pants are pretty baggy and flowy so you get the tight up here and then out. And describe your style in three words. Funky, bold and fun. Thank you so much. Thank you. For more tips and tricks just for you, go to Typef.com.
