Today we're in Brooklyn, a neighboring borough to Manhattan and a hot up and coming area, bursting with diversity. This woman's incredible top bun turned heads when she walked down the street. We loved her simple feminine look and had to know more. What's your name? Alex Harrington. And where do you live? In Brooklyn, Williamsburg. And describe your personal style. I would describe it as eclectic, like anything goes. It just depends on that day really. Okay, now walk me through your outfit head to toe. Where did you get everything from? The dress is from Zara. My shoes are from J. Crew. My backpack is vintage, I got it from the Brooklyn Flea. Okay, and I love your hairdo, this top bun is amazing. Thank you. How long did it take you to do? Maybe like 15 minutes. It doesn't take really long. Once it's up, it's up. Okay, perfect. Now what's your favorite go to item in your closet? Definitely my backpacks right now. I have like three or four that I interchange and I have a Prada bag that I love, I'm obsessed with. Now where are your favorite stores to shop here in Brooklyn? I love Catbird, it's a great jewelry boutique. A lot of vintage stores, I kind of get the names mixed up but definitely Buffalo Exchange. I frequent the flea market, so. Okay, what's your favorite trick for flattering your figure? I would say emphasizing, not much, because I'm kind of tiny. So just whatever works for me that day, something figure flattering, whatever works really because I'm really petite, so. Now do you have a secret style tip you can share with us? I would say mixing high with low. It kind of adds more to the ensemble. Okay. I would say especially like vintage and high end, I think that's a good marriage. Perfect.
