- Hi my name is Hilda Levierge and I'm a professional makeup artist. Today I'm going to teach you how to contour your cheeks using a bronzer. So contouring is a great way to enhance what you already have. So with Liz she already has beautiful cheekbones but sometimes they can be hard to see. So what we are going to do is actually add a bronzer which is just a little bit darker in just under the bone of her cheek. And that's going to create a contour and an optical illusion to actually make her look like they're a little bit stronger. So today to contour Liz's cheeks I'm going to be using the Maybelline Mineral Powder Bronzer. So we are just going to knock a little bit of the bronzer into the, into the cap. Then take our brush and just sweep that in the cap. And knock off any excess product. And now Liz what I want you to do is just kind of go like that. This is Liz's cheekbone right here. I can feel the bone and then there's just a little hollow spot. And that is where we are going to place our bronzer. And we are going to go right here and just a line up. We are just going to follow that little hollow right under the cheekbone. A lot of people like to do sort of a backwards three. So you would do up like that and just kind of in and then up into the hairline. But you know I don't think that's really necessary. I like to just when I contour cheeks, I like to just go into the hollow and just kind of up into the temples, into the hairline there. Just finishing by bringing it up. And then you don't want a harsh line because that's a tell tale sign that you've done something to your face. So I'm just going to take my finger and just kind of subtly blend it into her skin. So I'm just going to blend it up a little bit on the top, then a little bit on the bottom. So now that you've got a beautifully defined cheek you might want to take a little bit more product and bring it down under your chin also. And that's going to contour your face even more and give you more structure. But definitely the cheeks are our number one priority when contouring the face. So there you have it. That's the easiest way to contour your cheeks using a bronzer. Thanks for watching I'm Hilda Levierge.
