- Hi, I'm Tara Shakespeare, celebrity makeup artist. Today, I'm going to show you how to use Studio Secrets Color Correctors. Color correctors are use to even out any uneven skin tones. So, green for redness, yellow warms up and peach takes away any blue tone, so it creates a warmer tone. Emily here has a slight redness on her nose and around the base of the nose, so I'll be using a green color corrector today. So, today I'm going to be using L'Oreal's Studio Secrets Anti-Redness Primer. So, to remove the redness from Emily's nose and underneath her nose, I'm going to use the green primer. I'm just going to take a small amount on the back of my hand. It's quite light and just with my fingertip, just dab on the redness area. You can see.. you can see the green color straight away, but as we work it in, it should fade out so it actually matches her natural skin tone, but removing all the signs of redness. Just a little bit more on the side. But it's light enough that it lets her natural freckles show through. You'll generally get a lighter application if you use your finger. and it's good because you can feel how much you're putting on. And if you have larger areas of redness, I would recommend to use a brush, just because it covers a greater surface area. So, you can use this primer daily. It's just good to use it underneath your normal makeup routine, just to remove any redness. And so that's how to use Studio Secrets Color Correctors. I'm Tara Shakespeare, thanks or watching.
