- Hi I'm Jhizet Panosian, celebrity makeup artist. And today I'm going to show you how to pick a lipstick color if you have fair skin and brown hair. If you have a fair complexion you can really use this opportunity to bring in some warmth and some color into the skin by using pink tones, peaches, apricots, and corals look really beautiful with your skin tone, especially if you have brown hair like Bianca. And for that I'm going to use L'Oreal Paris Color Riche Lipstick. I'm going to start with her lip by lining it with a very similar shade to the lipstick that I'm going to use. I'm just going to follow the natural shape of her lip and fill in as I go. Really building a nice barrier for the lipstick to lay on all day long. And you always want to start by prepping your skin and your lips with moisturizer, with a lip balm. Preferably with a sunscreen so you are nice and protected throughout the day. Next I'm going to take a lip brush that's a little bit flat and take some of the lipstick, load it up onto the brush. And start depositing the color in the center of the lip and diffusing as I work it outward. And the reason I really like using a lip brush is because it fits perfectly into the bow of the mouth right there. And it does a little bit of the work for you. And you can already see how with just a little bit of lipstick there's a little bit of brightness into her skin. And a little bit of color really helps do that. And for my last step I'm going to take a little bit of clear gloss and finish that look. I'm going to add a little bit of shine to bring in a little luminance and light onto that lip. And you can already see how much that enhanced. Just a simple lip color by bringing a little bit of shine to her lip. And now that I've finished her lip I want to complete the look with a little bit of blush in a similar shade. Smile for me. Just on the apples of her cheeks. And you can just see how nicely that brings in the lip and the cheek beautifully. And there you go. That's a lipstick color to use if you have fair skin and brown hair.
